I love this perspective! Penny Pierce says in “Frequency”…….. “Your problem is really a question. The question helps you discover an experience your soul wants you to have”. I have written several blogs about “asking the right question” and here is one more!
Problems can seem a nuisance. Problems can seem overwhelming. Problems can seem ever present. Problems can make us feel hopeless, confused, stupid, irritated, angry…….and so on.
But what if could shift our thinking. A problem would come up and we would immediately shift to thinking about the QUESTIONS that need to be asked……..knowing the solution, the answers will flow from there. “This problem is just a question.”
That would take the charge out of the problem.
I would ask myself, “What are the questions that need to be asked here?” Even THAT would shift me from the heaviness of “the problem” to the focus on “the questions”. We are looking for insights that will lead us toward a new way of thinking or a solution.
“What is the inner lesson I am being guided towards?” “What is the feeling/experience that I am looking for? Is this taking me towards that or away from that?” “What is it about this person that triggers something within me?” “What do I need to develop within me to to create more abundance/love/health etc. in my life”…………..let yourself become an inspired question maker!
And then sit back and see what insights, gleanings, responses show up.
It puts a whole new perspective to your life!
Let me know any great questions that you come up with and the cool insights that follow:) Blessings! Melanie
