Are you aware of what your fears are? Clearly aware? Do you know they are there but you just keep them on the edge of your thoughts?
Our fears shift when we face them. Often they are not even as scary as we THOUGHT they might be. We may have been avoiding them for so long that when we look at them clearly in the face we might even think “Well, THAT will not be so frightening.”
Nothing shifts if we do not bring it into our consciousness. It just floats around on the periphery but deeply affects our decisions and “shrinks” our world.
Once we “name” our fear we can ask ourselves “What am I REALLY afraid of?” You might be surprised at the answer.
Just naming our fears begins to create more clarity in our energy fields and minds. We begin or continue the process of our own consciousness. Who am I? Why am I this way? Do I want to continue this way or do I desire a change? Do I have the courage for the change? What frightens me about this change? What will be asked of me?
We complain about our lives, our relationships, our health but do we have the courage to face the fear that has kept us locked in this space?
We all carry some fear. Some of you are nervous just reading this. Terrifying for you to think about what you would need to face to find true authenticity in your life.
Just start with a baby step. We do not necessarily have to throw out the baby with the bathwater! At least acknowledge where your fears lie. Maybe there is a small one you could deal with. That will give you confidence and more strength then to look at the next one.
I have had to walk through some fire in my own life! Am I fearless?? NO! But I do know the strength and clarity that comes from moving through something that I have feared.
If the fear is too great you may need to find someone to help you walk through it……..we do not need to do this work alone.
Love to you, melanie

Mel, You are so right about just identifying the fear(s) to make it easier. I’m working on it with your help and the tools you have given me. Thank you.
