What is Happening in May and June??

Here is a reminder of what is coming up in May and June………things really quiet down over the summer months but the “Power Of Intention” is wonderful material to work with during this time of more light and warmth. 

Again,  as you read the descriptions of the classes and workshops be in a place of curiousity.  Notice how you feel in your body and in  your heart as you read the words…….if there is an inner excitement or a deepened sense of resonation, curiousity or interest, this is your intuition, your guidance saying “there is something here for you, pay attention!”  

There is a lot of “information” out there.  If we open up to our inner guidance, we will be guided to what is perfect for us at any given time.  Trust this.

Reiki III takes the now practiced Reiki student into an interesting study of the symbology of the body.  At this point a deepening study of the Chakra material is extremely helpful as once again the Reiki energy is is strengthened and focused.

2.  FINDING THE SACRED IN EVERYDAY LIFE

This is a time to slow down to reflect on how we can bring our yoga off our mat or our meditation off our cushion.  How do we take those magical moments that we experience in yoga and meditation and weave them throughout our whole day?  Take a short break from enjoying a lovely May day and come into the beautiful space of Sun Moon!  See you there!

Here we get to take the seeds planted in the 2 hour workshop and learn how to water, nourish and harvest their amazing fruits!!  In depth study of working with our intentions……the group offers wonderful support as we focus on just ONE of our desires for the 6 weeks.  We had such a great time with this class last summer!
