Two Workshops in June!

Hi everyone:)  The rain has been so welcome but I think that we will all be smiling a bit brighter when the sun and warmer temps return.

“Intentions, Affirmations and Power Statements”

This is the first time that I have spent a complete workshop talking about this subject matter.  We all are working with intentions and affirmations all the time.  The unfortunate thing is that most of them are unconscious and can be affirming things such as “I’ll never have what I really want”  “Life is so hard”  “They” are out to get me”……..etc.
