Good morning! It has been a whirlwind March for me with LOTS of events. Everything has gone so fluidly and been so well received. I feel so much gratitude. Thank you for your part in receiving my work in the world.
I have TWO more events in March. The first one is “little money, little time” the second one is “more time, more money”. A daily spiritual practice is the foundation of conscious living. It keeps us grounded into ourselves. It keeps us grounded into our deeper values. It keeps us connected with greater life………The Divine, God, the Universe, Goddess……..
In this world of fast living, information overload and busy lives, it is vital that we slow down and have some time to reflect and re-connect with our deeper truths on a daily basis. It is like our best friend……always there, always supportive, loving and unjudging.
Our daily practice should be a time that we look forward to. It should feed and nourish our spirits and minds just as our yoga, walking, running, biking should nurture our physical bodies and minds.

This class truly has value for ANYONE!! Everyone leaves with a greater affinity for their own lives and life itself. There are truly many SIMPLE ways of shifting that have such a great impact on the world as we interface with it every day.
Each week we will work with the information/energy of one of the chakras, starting at the root. We will look at the “foundation” of our lives. Where it is working and where we need to “shore” it up. I have packets for each week where you will be guided through written exercises and activities to explore and develop a more fluid relationship at each level.
I have taught this class for many years in many different formats. The material is alive and rich and so individual. YOu could take this class yearly and benefit from it.
THIS Chakra Class will be presented as a tele-seminar…….meaning that you don’t have to drive anywhere! I will have a call in number that will put you into a conference call with me and the other students. You will be given the weekly packets for the daily work to deepen you into each of the chakras.
