As we begin to work with greater consciousness on healing our mental/emotional bodies, debris begins to move. Sometimes it is just feeling small irritations or a bit off and sometimes we can feel VERY off. Our physical body also clears as we do this work so all kinds of things can show up in the physical body as the energy is breaking up old patterns.
Our human tendency is to say “oh, no! I am coming down with something!” We want to name it and label it and “have” it.
Our energy bodies are ALWAYS adjusting and re-aligning. When something comes up we need to RELAX and allow it to “come up and move through”.
When we begin to say “I HAVE…….this or that.” it almost acts like an anchor and anchors it INTO the physical body. When we can say, “Oh, I am re-aligning, I am releasing old debris” the energy can continue to move through like a wave.
It is not that it won’t FEEL real, it is just another way to look at it. I honestly think that we create issues in our bodies that would just move through if we worked with them differently.
So what do you have right now that you could shift your perspective about? It is a much gentler way of looking at our bodies when we think of it as energy re-aligning. That seems easier somehow.
I have a mantra that I repeat to myself when I am addressing a physical experience……”this is coming up to move through”. I may also address it with massage, accupuncture, herbs, etc but I do believe it is very important how we look at it with our thoughts.
Louise Hay has a great little book called, “You Can Heal Your Life” that talks alot about this way of looking at our bodies and dis-ease.
Don’t be too quick to think that what you are experiencing is “bad”. It may just be a “shift”. And that when the clearing has occurred, you will be stronger and healthier!
