1. 2 hour EFT basics at Sun Moon Yoga studio on sept 8th is CANCELLED
2. A BETTER choice here. 4 weeks of not only learning EFT but a chance to clear issues as we do “group” tapping each week.

EFT is my “go to” for my clients and myself in moving through strong emotions that we have stored in our bodies for a long time. It is also very effective in helping us to move through the day to day upsets.

3. REIKI SHARE
We will meet at 7:00 PM, Sun Moon Yoga Studios, Friday, Sept 14th, $20
Tables are provided
A great way to practice your Reiki plus be with like minded people
come and do yoga at 5:30 – 6:30 and stay for the Reiki!
Must have Level I to participate but if you are curious, this would be a great time to stop by and ask questions and receive some Reiki

5. 7 Week Chakra Class

This class is a cornerstone of my work. I have been teaching it for 11 years. The material is always fresh and current and meets you wherever YOU are in your life. Many people re-take this class…….I HIGHLY recommend this class!!

My 7 month mentorship will be winding down at the end of September and I will be looking for new participants to begin in March of 2013. I recommend you taking the Chakra Class in the fall and the Beliefs Class taught in Jan and Feb and then be ready to move into the Mentorship.
