Are You Playing Tooooo Small??

Hi everyone!  I took last week off as I was on a 5 day mini vacation:)

I have been studying the Law of Attraction the last several months and REALLY realized yesterday how COMFORTABLE it is to play SMALL!!!

Playing small is playing right where we are at OR maybe JUST a bit higher…….we start to get uncomfortable or can’t even IMAGINE something grander…….in terms of our relationships, our jobs, our dreams, our level of wellness or health, etc.

We really get plugged into what we grew up with.  Again, maybe we dial it up a bit, but usually not too much higher.  In a sense, we are complacent.  We have our gifts, our talents, our desires…….but even those, we dial down or up JUST a bit.  If someone GOES for it, we often want to criticize them and tear them down.

Why is that?

This week, take a look at your world.  Where are you playing small?  We usually play small where we want to feel SAFE.  Safety is certainly an important aspect in our lives but it can keep us feeling trapped as well.

At least in your mind, can you begin to stretch and expand.  How can you take your relationship to the next level?  What do you need to do in your work to feel more alive, connected, passionate?  What do you need to do for your health to experience greater vitality and well being?

I see clearly where I play small and I am having some fun in my own mind playing it LARGER:)
