Mindful Intentions for the New Year




Join me December 31st, 2017 from 11am – 1pm to reflect on the past year and create clear intention for the new. I have created a format that will guide you to

  1. Reflect on the past year,
  2. Acknowledge lessons learned,
  3. Celebrate accomplishments (big and small!)
  4. Create clear intentions for the coming year, and
  5. Name clear action steps to accomplish those intentions!
