You may purchase this complete set and work through it Chakra by Chakra or you may purchase just the Chakras that you feel you need more work on.  I suggest the whole program as one leads so beautifully into the next but there will be benefit to also work individually.

Take your time.  Allow at least one week with each Chakra.  Take 2 or more weeks on the ones that really need you to spend the time.

Heart Chakra/Anahata

The softness of an open heart……..  I love this center.  When we have built our Manipura energy, we begin to feel safe.  When we feel safe, we begin to drop our shields and armoring and open our hearts.  This is about a connection that takes us into a whole new level with ourselves, those we love and the world at large.  Beautiful.” 

Throat Chakra/Vissudha

The courage to express ourselves and learning how to listen deeply is the gift of this Chakra.  We all have gifts and talents to share with the world but until this center is strengthened, we often sit on them.  As you learn to listen to yourself and express that into the world you will be delighted by the response life returns to you.

Brow Chakra/Ajna

The gift of this Chakra is the ability to see clearly not just with our physical eyes but with our intuition as well.   To see beyond seeing.  Life becomes kinder and less random when we develop the ability to interpret life through this lens.  Every day becomes magical!

Crown Chakra/Sahasrara

The Crown Chakra invites us to deepen our connection to the Divine.  Here we spend time in quiet finding the space within ourselves to know ourselves and our deeper truths.   There are no words for what will be experienced it but it truly is the “crowning glory”.
