When a chapter or book is completing, we FEEL it. Something that we once had great interest or passion for has begun to diminish and a new interest begins to come in. Each chapter seems to include a letting go of something at the ending and a stepping into or amping up something in the new.

There are times, however, when I am ready for “more”. I am a life long learner. I love to learn and study whatever it is I am interested in at the moment. I do a lot of it on my own but there is a time when finding a teacher is what I need.

Playing small is playing right where we are at OR maybe JUST a bit higher…….we start to get uncomfortable or can’t even IMAGINE something grander…….in terms of our relationships, our jobs, our dreams, our level of wellness or health, etc.
